I highly recommend the following products and services, which I personally use.  My personal review of each follows the link*.

E-JUNKIE.com

E-Junkie is by far the least expensive shopping cart on the market, at least that I’ve found.  And they do a wonderful job.  For $5.00 per month (up to 10 products), you get the shopping cart which can be linked to PayPal, Google Checkout, and a bunch of other systems.  They also have an affiliate program that is really easy to set up, so you can offer your affiliates your desired commission rate on your products, you don’t have to worry about programming your system. And they’ve got stuff I haven’t had a chance to explore yet.  Click on the icon below to signup for their wonderful services.

MAILCHIMP.com

MailChimp is a free service (you can upgrade, of course) for collecting email addresses to a list and then sending email campaigns and newsletters out to those list members.  I like their attitude (helpful and funny) and so far their services have been wonderful.  Of course, I’m still using the free services, so I can’t report on the upgrades available.  Click on the blue link below to find out more.

BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS

Polti, Georges. 36 Dramatic Situations. Although a bit difficult to decipher, this book is rich with ideas for plot events, twists and turns, etc. I’ve used it for years and every fiction writers should have it on the bookshelf.  36 Dramatic Situations – Georges Polti (buy from Amazon.com)

Egri, Lajos. The Art of Dramatic Writing. Even though this book is supposed to be for stage plays, the information is also applicable for screenwriters and, in fact, most fiction writers. The chapter on Premise (as opposed to Theme) is fantastic and should be read by every fiction writer. I refer to my copy often.   The Art Of Dramatic Writing: Its Basis In The Creative Interpretation Of Human Motives (buy from Amazon.com)
